Re-did the cover art for a standard jewel case, only ordering 50 copies. May or may not make it in time for SakuraCon. If not, ce la vie. It was a less a hard date than a timeframe to ensure I didn’t needlessly drag it out.

If they aren’t sold out at SakuraCon I would very much like to purchase a copy. Otherwise, I assume the 2nd pressing will follow soon after, with the DVD-style case?

The DVD style case is pretty much out as the company that I was using for that has messed up how they handle short-run replication. Also, there is no way that I would ever sell out during SakuraCon. Why, I doubt I’ll even sell through those discs in the next year (especially if I get some kind of digital download option up as a lot of people may opt for that.)
I mean, I still have 30 copies of Opensource Lyricist sitting around over a year after I released it, and I only ran 100 copies. Beefy moves more units than me (and with good reason too,) let alone YT or Front or Lars. To put it another way – I’m never gonna be number 8 on the iTunes Rap charts like mc chris was. I may not even get on iTunes.

I am currently working on an EP that I will be selling through a service called Payloadz – https://www.payloadz.com/
They charge a small fee for each transaction (don’t remember how much it was, but it was like 30-50 cents or something… about like credit card machines) and handle all file downloads and bandwidth. It uses Paypal, so it should work pretty easily. This is in theory, since I have never used it. I can’t vouch for them, but you should definitely check them out.

Ok, my previous comment did not stick, so I’ll try again.
I would check Payloadz. They charge a small fee per download transaction, and they take care of the hard stuff (bandwidth, money processing).
I personally would prefer to download, because that would save me money, and an unnecessary step (ripping the CD).

I’ve looked into payloadz, and it’s something I’ll probably do with FLAC and mp3 in a bundle for a reasonable price (6-7 bucks or something.) If it works for the Fourth Estate, I’ll do it for the other nerdcore records atleast.
