Well, actually a dinner at a Chinese Restaurant (I ate so much pork fried rice!) and bowling, but close enough, right? This came together because Charlie called me up and mention she’d be gone for a year, not the original 3 months. So I called everybody I could get a number for at Anime Kingdom, and told them when and where, and thanks to the wonderful factor of word of mouth ended up with about 6 more friends of Charley’s than expected.
It still sucks that she’ll be stuck in rural North Carolina for a year, but atleast she’s had a good send off. Like MacArthur, she shall return. 
PS: My computer is still being a pain. Thanks Maxtor, and thanks Microsoft.
